I had a problem with my septic in the winter and I called at least 10 septic companies. Ed Gallus was the only one that called me back. He spent some time with me on the phone helping me find a solution to my problem. Then he even came out to my house and took a look at my situation without accepting any payment.
I really can't say enough good things about this company. I trust him and I trust his work. He is very professional and takes the time to explain things to you. The price was great and he serviced my system very quickly even though he was super busy.

Contacted Gallis to decommission septic tank and connect to city sewer. Ed met me at the house, checked everything inside and out, explained the whole process to me, and had a quote very quickly. He was very responsive to messages and communicated throughout the process. The results were excellent, work was done professionally and they even came in under the estimate because we decided not to have him put in loam where they had excavated. This job was performed 9/18. I would highly recommend Gallis and Son.

I bought my first house just a few yrs ago. It has a septic system, which I have never had before and have limited knowledge on. I figured it was about time to get it pumped for the first time and good measure. I googled companies near me, this was one that came up. I called them and a few other companies that afternoon and left a messages explaining my situation. That same evening they called me back. Unfortunately someone else had called back all of 20 minutes before. I explained that. Regardless, they still took the time to talk with me about my system, give me tips and explained things. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely won't hesitate to call them back in the future when I next need maintenance.
