A & D Sewer & Drain

I have used this business several times with satisfaction; however, as part of a recent visit I was charged $155.00 for a 15 minute appointment to unclog a drain. I made the check out to A and D but was asked to write a new check with a different name. It felt uncomfortable. Too expensive. Disappointing experience for the first time with this company. Prompt after hour service ,Craig the technician was informative,personable and knowledgeable. Fix the problem quickly and cleaned up .Excellent job...5 star job !!

I would never recommend this company to anyone! They were sent to my unit by the condominium complex I live in and the “apprentice “ that was helping come over to block my drain to unclog the tub that was backing up. He cracked the drain cover which caused water to leak into the floor and eventually down my kitchen ceiling. This caused EXTENSIVE water damage to my ceiling and bathroom flooring. I called to discuss the issue and they came back out and said they didn’t break anything (my tub was 3 years old it had recently been replaced) they then charged me to replace what they broke. When I talked to Don he was very rude and argumentative and wouldn’t give me his insurance information so I could get my damages HIS worker directly caused repaired. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Find someone else! Service: Drain unblocking
