I would recommend anyone to Tandem Mechanical Inc. Josh is tentative, punctual, and easy to communicate with. The crew that did our house was amazing, competent, and only cared about making us happy. If youre struggling to find a good plumber, you just found one.

04/2023 UPDATE: Upgrading to four stars. We are trying to sell the house, and a cursory examination of the facilities revealed several problems with the boiler installation. I called Josh from Tandem, and after I got a hold of him, he came by and fixed it for free even though the 1-year labor warranty has expired. He also explained that he ended up replacing some of his old crew last year because they were doing less than fully conscientious work. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've had Tandem Mechanical do my boiler replacement -- we went from oil to gas. The communication was less than ideal, it was very hard to get a hold of Josh. The work itself was OK (hence 2 stars). However a part of the contract was removal of the old oil tank -- and Josh couldn't do it at the time, so he asked me to sign off on the completed work, minus $500, with the understanding that he will finish the tank and get the remaining $500. And then he didn't do it and I had to arrange for the removal of the tank myself, which took several more weeks and over $600. Service: Water heater installation
