This is an excellent team of professionals. They take pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure you love your end project. I highly recommend working with Karla and Dallison and his partner. Karla is the consummate professional who cares for her clients. Her expertise was matched by her kindness and excellent communication throughout this project. I would strongly recommend working with this company. Im sorry I cant Think of Dallison and his partner (At the moment his name escapes me. Im sorry.), Were very professional, detailed, precise, and kind to work with while they installed the stones. I have to commend Karla for her flexibility and patience as well. There were a number of changes throughout the project and she worked with us diligently to make sure that the client was happy. I can only tell you how excited she was. I certainly will be working with this company again, and I strongly recommend that you do so as well. It was a real pleasure working with these guys. My experience At Universal Countertop , from beginning to end was so perfect! They are absolute professionals! Leo communicated beautifully about picking the stones and the different places they were available, Amanda was so patient and helpful in my choosing exactly what part of the stones that I chose would be included in the template for the countertops. Filipe Did a great job measuring for a perfect template with exactly the type of corners I wanted, and they all fit perfectly!! Flavio and his guys got the incredibly heavy stones up to the second floor without me having to have any unnecessary seems in my gorgeous soapstone island countertop. I am thrilled, and very grateful to have my dream kitchen come true from such gracious and personable professionals. Five stars! Highly recommend!!!
