Red Carpet Inn West Springfield, MA

This place is a hidden gem honestly I've been staying here since 2019 and I have never had a problem. Usually I stay in the jacuzzi rooms (which are 100% worth every penny) but I have stayed in almost every single room in this hotel even the basic cheap rooms and they are always clean top to bottom the sheets, the comforter, the bathroom everything is clean. This is the only hotel on this strip I actually trust to walk barefoot in, sleep naked in the bed, and not wear shower shoes in the shower. You can't say that about the bel air or the express inn! The people here who run the place (husband and wife) try very hard to keep this a clean and nice environment and are super nice to talk to and deal with once again can't say the same for other places like the express inn or the springfield inn (other hotels on this strip) I was very upset when I saw some of the reviews on here cause I know they aren't true these people are good people who try very hard to make this place nice and keep it clean for their guests. I wouldn't just say this either I truly mean it!

The hotel service here is great the first day I checked in I was very late they where reasonable with me. Also worked with us because we are homeless through out the weeks! They are very sweet here! The rooms are nice! Love the bathrooms close to places to eat as well! Rooms: Rooms are big spacious beds are very nice and comfortable the bathroom is gorgeous with the beautiful mirror in a tub Nearby activities: Do you have the West Springfield plaza down the road as well about five minutes Walkability: Do you have walking distance to any restaurant and the gas station Food & drinks: There are food and drinks on either side of this hotel so you have a little bit of variety a gas station down the street to as well!

Everyone was very nice. But it smelt very bad inside and it was very suspicious. Very cold inside.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city of West Springfield! Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, ,she makes our stay more easy for us since we are looking for apartments, she works with us ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again RED Carpet for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
