I had what I thought to be a straightforward kitchen sink blockage and zoom was referred to me by a company that had no availability. It had to be today as it is the only day I myself was free til next week. I was seen within two hours and two men showed up and they could not have been better. The regular snake did not do it and the heavy duty one was rolled in. It took a little effort indeed but eventually it was cleared. In these days of high prices , I was very happy with the price and felt I was treated fairly. I was happy, and tipped the two fellows and off they went. I am well satisfied. Declan Kelly.

I had a plumbing emergency very early on a Sunday morning and reached out to Zoom (~5am), as well as many other companies that listed themselves as a 24/7 company. They were the only ones that called me back right away and helped me solve my problem. They were very professional and friendly and I highly recommend them. Thank you Zoom!!!
