Been trying to get a warranty replacement part. ARS initial charged my credit card $99 for the service call on July 2nd and told me it would take 10 weeks for the parts to arrive from manufacture. Today is Sept 15th I called the company 24 hotline to follow up on it but no response yet. I understand it is a busy season for the company but everytime I have called is like going around in circles. I just want to get the ac back to working condition for the kids. Services: Heating system installation, Installation, AC installation

Some years back when I needed a new Hvac system asap, they were the only company that got back to me and were always very good at reminding me about maintenance, but not recently. The customer service is still very helpful and responsive though, especially the emergency line. 2 weeks ago, unbeknownst to me, my condense pump became clogged right before we were to go on vacation for the week and it started to leak into the pan liner. Luckily they had someone come out the next day, and the guy they sent was able to solve the problem and fix it temporarily until a new pump could be ordered and put in. This person had come before for something else and was very kind, on time, and professional. Unfortunately, I was at work when the pump was diagnosed as the problem, so when I called to set up an install date, I requested that someone call me back to the explain what was clogging the pump, and a service manger was kind enough to call me back weighing 20 minutes. Absolutely horrendous company! Spent 20K to have 2 AC units installed in July for our rental property in Chatham. System failed within 3 days. ARS came back to the house 5 times to try to repair it, unsuccessful every time! We were forced to refund a month of rental income to tenants on vacation because the house was too hot to sleep in. They ruined our summer, spending countless hours at the property while one incompetent tech to the next tried and failed to repair the system THEY installed weeks prior. We’ve engaged another local company to repair the damage ARS caused.
