A little over a year renting from Beantown properties and I have always received quick responses to all of my needs! The staff members I have met (Kobby most frequently/ VP) are always on top of their work, and have always met my expectations. Just happy with my current world and thought others should know!

This review is for the Marlborough location or just the company in general, Ive live in one of the properties they own in the past when it was owned by someone else, I have since bought a home but now am looking for a Marlborough location to live in, Ive submitted my application with Bruna and weeks went by and no response to if I was approved or not, I called plenty of times but seems like they are never in the office, and every time I stopped by at the office it was closed throughout different times during the day. Communication is not their strongest, Ive called the Waltham location and they said there is nothing they can do or have said I would get a call and nothing. Try other properties that arent owned by beantown I think the experience would be much better.
