        I took my car to this garage because my front left wheel had a lot of play in it and was making a grinding noise upon turning the wheel. Jose did not meet me at the garage as he said he would, but he told me that his top mechanic will put it on the lift and he will contact me. I picked up my car afterward and while driving the short distance home the brake clunked every time when depressed. I contacted Jose explaining that possibly something wasn't tightened properly? He immediately went into defensive mode and told me his mechanic did not even remove the wheel. He then sent me 3 still photos from their video cameras showing the wheel still on the car. That was yesterday... This morning I checked the lug nuts. I HAND tightened all 5 lug nuts. Jose insisted that the wheel wasnt taken off the car. Maybe the mechanic changed his mind after loosening the nuts? Hmm. This place is dishonest and dangerous!
