Castle Plumbing services were great! We had a pretty serious outdoor/underground leak and they were able to hack it out. They walked us through our options, troubleshot with us, and then when we decided the approach we wanted to take. They were punctual, friendly, and responsive throughout. Our plumbing system is not only fixed but overall improved. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them.

The plumbers from this company came to fix my garbage disposal yesterday. They were very professional and super polite. They did the work very fast and competently with great patience. They were courteous and professional too. Highly recommend!!

Castle Plumbing uses an outsourced phone answering service. The phone answering service center representative promised someone would be at my house in 1-4 hours. After 4 hours, I called up again, and the phone answering service told me someone would be over shortly. I called three hours later to point out nobody showed up and I did not receive a call, and the outsourced rep told me that the earliest someone could come would be 7am-10am tomorrow. I told them, sorry, I will look elsewhere. The craziest part is they want to charge $119 fee just to come out and diagnose a problem. Unbelievable!!! I am beginning to think all the reviews for this company are a scam. I am putting Castle Plumbing on my black list of companies I won't bother ever calling again. I'd rather not get a call back from a voice mail than be jerked around.
