        The most popular place on Marthas Vineyard? The Black Dog in one of its ubiquitous iterations? The Gay Head cliffs? Mad Marthas? Nay I say!! Shirleys hardware is my answer. I dont believe a single room in any house on the island hasnt been connected somehow to Shirleys, before or after the advent of Ice Cream. And the nice and helpful people who run it are the best.
