O'Connor Hardware

As most places have, going downhill, to say the least. They have literally turned their back on their core customers. They keep cutting back in areas, that a lot of small biz guys need. No more dingo rentals. Well I guess you understand the revenue you will loose with not renting equipment that is needed and used. But I bet you didn't account for all the sales you will loose, that goes with the rentals, like the seed, fertilizer, and all other items that I get when I am there. I use to see the value of shopping there and paying little more because it's not home depot. At this point what's the difference between O'Connor and Home Depot, nothing except cost and on that fact alone, O'Connor looses. You forced me to use Home Depot so I may as well with all my purchases. What a shame that a landmark business, is loosing its charme, it's expertise, and mostly importantly you core customers. You turn your back on us, we will turn our wallets elsewhere.

Yesterday I placed an online order for an in store pickup for a YETI lunch box. 10 minutes later I get a call from Kevin letting me know that they have the item but it is slightly scuffed. He took care of me and even sent me photos of the markings. I live 45 minutes away and he didnt want me to drive there and be disappointed. Im grateful for this above and beyond customer service, and how quick and honest the communication was. Ive never shopped here before, but after this experience it wont be my last time. Thanks Kevin!
