Came here after being referred by another mechanic after we accidentally put windshield wiper fluid where it didnt belong. He was so polite over the phone, and when we got there, he ran other tests to make sure we flushing out the reservoir was the last thing we did. Checked our car out and didnt charge us for it, and even explained to us what was going on and what he was doing. As two women who often can feel like were being taken advantage of in car shops, Bill did not make us feel that way at all. Thank you so much Bill for your kindness! If we are ever back in Mass and need any kind of car service, you will absolutely be our first call!

I left my car there for 4 days, pointed out the possible issues, first asked for an oil change. He informed me that he would call me by the end of the day, 3 days passed, I sent a message, no response, I called during the day and received a call at the end of the day. He told me that he hasn't had time to look at the car yet but that he would look and get back to me in an hour. Guess what happened. Called me at the end of the third day informing what needed to be done, but missing items I asked for. I decided not to do the service because I simply didn't trust the result. I took the car back, after 4 days, to my surprise I was charged 90 dollars for NOTHING having happened to the car. The argument was that he spent time looking at the car and that he works alone and that he is very busy. Hire someone or don't accept new cars, that's not a customer problem. Do yourselves a favor, don't go there.
