        This week my van broke down two hours from my house. Fortunately, I made it to Simon's. The owner said he could fix the car the next day....after trying three different rental car agencies he told me to hang up and he gave me his personal vehicle to drive home! He texted later that night to make sure all was good and he kept mr in the loop the next day about what they were doing to my van. The work done was great and the price was very fair. My only complaint is that Simon's isn't local to me. Services: Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

        This shop does not check fluids in your vehicle as part of a standard oil change. Honestly, I am now questioning if they even changed the oil or just scammed me. The Customer Service response on this matter revealed to me how untrustworthy this place actually is. Service: Oil change
