        1/28/2017 When we started, banking here was a much better experience. The bank went public with its shares. All that was community-friendly has gone downhill. Finding a good assistant manager or personal banker is possible. Often that person is then transferred. I have had awful experiences since what Ill call the big downgrade at the walk-up windows with trainees not being supervised. P.S. No stars since I wrote the above review. The branch got so badloud, rude treatment of me and absolutely ridiculously wrong information on why my card wasnt workingthat I refuse to go there anymore. Youd almost think you were involved in some wacky, awful comedy show. Any of their nearby branches is a better branch.
