Yesterday I went here to trade in an old console and my experience was great. The employee was extremely kind and helpful, shoutout to that guy.

I dont ever leave reviews, I had to log in my email to my browser just to do this. I waited in the parking lot from 11:45-12 for the store to open because I mixed up the insane hours this store has already, from 11 to opening at 12 today. At 11:55 someone walks into the store and I sent my wife a photo of him, what I thought was opening the store. Then I waited til about 12:15 and still, the gate isnt opened. I knock on the window and NOTHING! Go back to my car and then wait a bit to check and miraculously! A sign says opening late ILLNESS! They are open 7 hrs a day and I cant use my warranty I paid for on a controller that has lasted from January 24th-February 20th. This store needs better management, as well as employees that last longer than 3 months. I have never seen the same face more than twice and I spend a lot of money here being a B line from my house.

I think this is my first time ever leaving a review on Google... this place is just that good. The store manager always goes above and beyond to help you out and never makes you feel rushed. 10/10 would recommend going.
