Dr. Pratt is wonderful. He explained everything so I could understand what he was talking about! His assistant, Sarah, is very sweet! The new girl at the desk is very pleasant!

My first experience at Innovate was after shearing part of my tooth on vacation a couple years ago. Dr Platt booked me in the next day, so luckily I didn't have to suffer having a sharp-edged hole in my tooth for too long. Since then, I've had 2 root canals and 3 crowns, plus some fillings done here. I like that they always take the time to explain things if you ask, and will make accommodations for you. In my experience, Innovate will also go toe-to-toe with insurance companies on your behalf when they try to pull shenanigans. I also like that, true to their name, they are always looking for ways to improve and use new technologies. They recently acquired an X-ray machine that scans your whole head, which is great for me because I have a very small mouth and in the past it's sometimes taken 3 or 4 different people to attempt to get a good X-ray. I'm not sure if this is standard these days, but they also scan and 3D-print your crown on-site, so we've always been able to create and mount the crown during a single appointment. I've always found the staff very personable and casual, and I like the banter between Dr Platt and the techs. They have always been clear in their communication with me so I understand what is being done. Overall, I would highly recommend. PS: this location is just across the street from the library, which is a great place to hang out if you are waiting for someone that has an appointment here.
