Shrewsbury Dentistry

I am beyond mad. First Kelly tried to charge my daughter 130.00 for a cleaning - which she gets 2 a year covered 100% by insurance. Then she apparently decided to increase our fee by more than double for an implant and decided to charge that to my credit card without even telling me or getting my authorization. I called to get help and was told the manager was too busy to help me by Trinity. At this point I have no idea what I owe or what is being billed. I asked for a complete statement of everything done, billed and covered by the insurance. I got a pile of papers that have none of the information I need. HOWEVER, I did also finally get Dominique the manager on the phone and she was kind, knowledgeable and is working with me to figure out how to get things back on track. I very much appreciate her efforts! Aside from that my daughters loves and trusts her dentist and in the end it is all worth it.

This is the worst customer service Ive ever had! The receptionist called to cancel an appointment last minute thats set few months ago, and force me just to take the next available one, screening impatiently using the verbage why cant you just take it, and hung up. Cant believe place like this who cares nothing about their customers could still be in business!
