    If youre looking for an accounting firm that lacks transparency and can not justify their billing with poor service this is your place. After years of asking for clarification of their billing I had to go to court to rectify. Absolutely unprofessional, stay away from this company. Added: In response to you being pleased by the decision of the courts, the decision wasnt for the amount you asked for which further proves that your billing practices were incorrect. Like many others have stated on here in their reviews your accounting practices are not transparent and youre not honest. I too was pleased with the decision and paying far less than what you wrongly charged validates your shady business dealing. Theres a reason why I wasnt the only one that had a case against you in court. Please do not use this practice. They need to be put out of business. Responding to your edit. You didnt settle you flat out lost and as for conceding you spent 3yrs trying to bill me for services that you couldnt explain for that 3 years and that the court deemed unexplainable. So lets not try and pretend otherwise. Before considering hiring this firm do your homework, dont just take their word, it will save you headache and $$$. I recommend not only reading the overwhelming one star reviews Its always a red flag when a business has a ton of 1 star ratings an and 5 star ratings with nothing in between and you can easily find that they have taken many of their clients to court due to their opaque billing practices.

As you shared in your review, you feel this was not the case for you and for this, we do apologize. Our customers are the heart of our business. We understand you’re feeling disappointed about the service and our billing process. Please note, as previously communicated with you, we performed all the services that were requested by your spouse and you, beyond just tax preparation. These additional services were outlined in the itemized invoice(s) that were requested and provided. They were also discussed with you on several occasions. We called and emailed you numerous times to settle the outstanding amount due, however, after years of trying and failing, we had no choice but to file court paperwork to collect on the debt.It is unfortunate that our multi-year relationship came down to the legal system. We are pleased with the decision made by the courts and wish you nothing but the best going forward.Update:We had settled for an amount less than what the balance was. We were more than fair.No one had , nor has there ever been, a case against us in court because we do the right thing.We gave every minute broken out in your billing. It cannot be more transparent. We were always completely honest through the 5 years you worked with us. If what was stated was true, it would not make sense for you to be with us for 5 years and refer others to us. It was not until your final year of business that you decided you did not want to pay any more than you did in the past, even though you were told many times that a final return requires more work.Our entire team has analyzed this case and cannot see any other way we could have helped you more.
