Susan was so much help during the entire home buying process. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and did not know the first thing about the process. She was there from day 1 and helped with any question we had. When we suddenly wanted to see a house, she was able to get us a showing same day. She was there for our inspection and help us negotiate to the best price. She walked us through the entire closing process and has followed up multiple times since we have moved in and gotten settled. She was also very prompt with all communications with the sellers agents and getting us answers as well. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.
