Buying a house can be intimidating especially with todays market. Being 25 years old and looking for a house to purchase was challenging until I met Bruce from The Needle Group. Bruce said he would help me as if I were his own son. He truly made the buying process simple and less intimidating. I got everything I wanted in a home thanks to Bruce. I highly recommend getting in contact with The Needle group, they literally get you the house of your dreams. I want to also thank Terence from The Needle group as well because he constantly send information about the area where I purchased my home and recommendation for the best utility services. We had a great experience working with Bruce Needle to buy our home in Sharon, MA. He walked us through every step of the process which made us feel really comfortable. He was never too pushy trying to get us to spend more money and instead always asked us what we felt comfortable with which we really appreciated. He helped fight for us when there were negotiations that needed to happen and we felt like we had someone who cared and was on our team throughout the home buying process. I didn't feel like a lot of the work was being put on me - Bruce took the lead and made sure that everything got done correctly and quickly. He was very responsive any time we had questions and overall was just a pleasure to work with!

We attended the Needle Groups seminar on a Sunday morning, and it was the BEST time spent that kicked off the process of selling our home of 26 years.
Dianne has so much knowledge about the real estate market and trends. Before the seminar, we were feeling overwhelmed with all that we had to do to sell our home. But we walked away with an organized list of tasks -simple and doable. Diannes confidence is infectious. And her marketing and selling strategies -top notch! We highly recommend spending the time to attend one of her seminars-they are free and you get yummy snacks.
