We regret that you were dissatisfied with how your time ended at our state-of-the-art facility and that you felt it was not a "SUPER" Self Storage experience. At the close of business on August 1st and after the monthly billing for that month had already taken place and processed you verbally informed us that your unit was empty and that you no longer needed it. The standard lease and lease summary paperwork notify clearly that sufficient notice is necessary to terminate your rental and is an industry standard for not only self storage but also for other types of real estate rentals like apartments. In regard to your rent increase that you are unhappy about, it was a minimal $10.00 increase based on utility operating costs, and you were provided notice via electronic communication on June 20th that it would be effective August 1, 2022. It was a very minor increase as we truly value our customers. The other prior increase you had was last year in 2021. Our cutting-edge technology does allow very convenient access to the building and your individual storage unit, and we appreciate your compliment about the access as well as it being a nice and clean facility as we do take pride in ourselves in providing the best self storage experience for all of our past/current/and future valued customers. We would hope that next time you post a review for a business that you would take the time to digest the honest and truthful facts rather than providing such a poor rating out of anger from personal misunderstanding.
