went here for a $50 replacement AC adapter for Xbox One, was broken out of the box (which said new), got it replaced, was also broken out of the box. gave me a refund, but kid at counter was a jackass, almost annoyed that I came back; clearly didnt want to help.

Honestly this might be the most helpful GameStop I have ever been to. I had an issue where a game was gifted to me and purchased online and I had called multiple other game stops and they said they couldnt do anything for me but they didnt ask very many questions. Sarah who works at the GameStop and Salem Ask me all the right questions and come to find out I had all the necessary paperwork to return the game. I highly recommend if you have any kind of needs or questions to contact this GameStop. I havent had such luck with most of the other game stops in the area. Thank you again Sarah and your experience and knowledge was a big help in getting this done for me.
