        Well, I cant speak to the other reviews, but I can say that I had an amazing experience with them today. I emailed the executive director with a question and got a very friendly response within 10 minutes. That was followed up by a call from another person in the office who helped me further, and she followed up that call with a friendly email explaining next steps and directly copying others who can assist. I then got a call from another agent who was able to assist me with a separate issue related to my claim, which is now back on track due to their diligence and follow through. Thank you all for being so helpful!!!

        They are supposed to help the community but they dont help. I go to the office to get some help and they told me that they were unable to help me to do all the process online. I dont really know what they are doing to help the community. they have a very rude attitude. If you need help please dont go to this place go directly to boston.
