Beware. Will charge your card without your knowledge and have no empathy towards patients. She books so many patients at a time, shes always running 45 to an hour behind. Youll sit and wait. Very unethical and does not care about patients

My boyfriend's experience yesterday at Coral Dental was horrible. He has been with Coral dental for the last 10 years and in the beginning he had an issue with Paul at the front desk. The issue was resolved by the doctor so he continued to go to the office. Yesterday, he went in for a treatment, after being told that the procedure was fully covered by insurance. When we got to the office to early check in, Paul haned us a bill stating that the co-pay was x amount. We tried to explain to him that we received texts to both of our phones stating that there was no co-pay. Paul continued to tell us that we needed to pay the co-pay and that insurance does not cover the treatment. But clearly he does not know his own computer system instead of looking back at the notes/conversation via text he continued to argue and act very unprofessional. Suggesting that we pay for the treatment and if it is covered by insurance they will just reimburse us back. We explained that we only confirmed the appointment due to being told that it was fully covered. My boyfriend stated that he did not have the funds to pay for it at this time and does not want to move forward with the treatment. Upon my boyfriend stating that he no longer wants to complete the treatment, Paul finally looked at the system and now realized that it was covered. My boyfriend stated that he does not want to do the treatment still due to being told one thing and then there was a lot with Paul arguing with us. Paul laughed and stated that we will have to pay a $75 cancellation fee. When the doctor came out after finishing my daughter's treatment, she asked my boyfriend about his treatment. My boyfriend was talking with the doctor and explaining what had happened and Paul continued to raise his voice and was telling my boyfriend to leave the establishment and stated that they do not need his money. My boyfriend stated that he was leaving and will no come back to that establishment. The doctor had to tell Paul to multiple times relax and stop but he continued to talk over her and my boyfriend as she tried to rectify the issue. The doctor and women at the office were all nice and polite but Paul is not the person that should be someone working and communicating with people. He is unprofessional and rude. This was the worst experience that we have ever seen with anyone working the front desk of a professional establishment. We will be taking our money elsewhere since Paul said they do not need our money.
