After not seeing a dentist for over a decade and having extreme anxiety about being shamed for it, Essex Street Dental Medicine put my mind and mouth at ease. I used to have to medicate myself with anti-anxiety substances just for a cleaning, now its just a random painless thing. Its never too late to catch up with your dental health!

Being someone who has dental anxiety, from the moment I called this office with my shooting jaw pain, to the moment my tooth was extracted (and even the follow up the day after to make sure I was doing okay) I felt reassured, comfortable and confident I had made the right choice coming to Essex Street Dental. As a healthcare professional myself, I am genuinely grateful for the swiftness, professionalism and care this office exuded from beginning to end. I have never had a dental procedure be so quick and painless. Dr. Casiglia is knowledgeable and there was just such great energy and kindness from he and his team that put me at ease. If I lived here, Id switch over to their office in a heartbeat. 10s across the board!

I'm always nervous about going to the dentist so when I had to find a new one it was not a fun experience for me. When I walked into Essex Street Dental Medicine everyone was so welcoming and it made me feel so good about my choice. Since then I have had a lot of dental work done and they can always make time to see me when I need them and I can tell they really care about every client that walks through the door. I wrote this review because I want to make the job of others looking for a new place in Salem that much easier. If you want people you can trust go to Essex Street Dental Medicine.
