Adam oversaw the sale of my uncle's house and could not have been more helpful and responsive. I had to oversee the sale of my aunt and uncle's home after they passed away, which posed challenges on a number of fronts, especially as I did not live nearby.
Once Adam got involved, he took on everything from regularly visiting the house to ensure its safety to keeping up with mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, etc, for the several months leading up to the eventual sale of the property. During this time, he was always quick to respond to my many text and email questions, and made the eventual open house and sale as smooth and stress-free as possible for me as his client. I can't recommend . Adam highly enough.

As a repeat client of Adam, he guided me every step of the way from preparing a larger property for sale so that I could downsize. Although it was a complicated and stressful situation, his extensive resources, industry knowledge, and professional guidance got me to the closing table twice, as quickly and efficiently as it was possible to do! There is so much more to selling than just listing and buying. With every obstacle and disappointment, we balanced practicality and persistence with humor. Time was of the essence and the resources recommended by Adam responded quickly due to his long term relationships. Externally grateful for his help, guidance, and friendship. Settled into my new home and could not be happier with the new property.
