I could not have better things to say about Korey and his team at BOOM Realty. I was originally introduced to them back in 2016 after my agent from a rival firm lost us a deal after our offer was accepted. Once we switched to BOOM it was a night and day difference. Korey knew exactly what he was talking about and took the time to show my wife and I multiple properties. When it was time to sell our first home there was no question that we would go back to BOOM. We used them on our sale and purchase and all of our interactions have been awesome. I have referred many friends and family members who have had similar experiences. Would definitely recommend.

I would urge caution when seeking to use BOOM Reality for any and all transactions. I am currently a resident of a property that is being sold by BOOM and have been unimpressed with their all around professionalism. The owner of the building that I reside listed the property for sale June of 2021. In that time the property has since sold and is under contingent. That said the realtor Jared Valanzola that they have been using has been nothing short of barely involved in the sale and lacking communication with tenants of the building as well as buyers/contractors. As a resident of the property I have been the one to provide all of the tours of the property to all prospective buyers/contractors/ town officials with no compensation. The final straw was this Morning when we were scheduled to have an appraisal at 10 AM to which the realtor never show up to and again led to me showing the property. The icing on the cake was to all of the tenants surprise when the Fire Department showed up at 9 AM to do a Pre inspection of the property with an electrician with no notice to the tenants. Key lock box didn't work with code given to our broker. Took several phone calls to listing broker and their office to get garage code to enter the house fid sale. Cold outside waiting in New England weather.

Korey goes that extra mile to help you.  If I have a real estate question he's right on it.  I have been recommending everyone to Korey that I know who are looking to buy or sell a house because I know that he is honest and knows his stuff.  When I am ready to buy my next house, I already know that Korey is the only one I would use.
