        This place is horrible. Literally never answers the phones or your email . My worker rose Marie constantly gives me wrong info . When I write her to clarify she does not respond . They are still blaming covid for their lack of customer service . Their boss is no better does not take accountability for her workers . Literally cant wait until my son ages out of this program . Its been awful ! But of course they dont care .

        Impossible to ever get a live person on the phone. I got bounced from like 4 different peoples mailboxes and they do not give you any explanations to who to contact for what. Never again. Worst customer service
