Call center is no help especially when you are facing an eviction. Spoke to a supervisor named Lisa and what a terrible start to the new year. Nothing like getting told from a SUPERVISOR to shut up when Im begging for help.

In eaely August I paid $100 for the first time homebuyer course, to be followed by a 1 on 1 with a housing counselor and assistance in navigating the pre-approval process. I completed the course and in the 3 weeks since, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to proceed any further. My phone calls and emails are not returned. I'm ready to request a refund.
After going down to their quincy office I spoke with someone who was able to help. She put me in contact with the manager of the person I was originally to have the 1 on 1 with. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunate I had to make so much noise just to get help with a service I already paid for.
