Toodies is the best. A friend of mine referred me to Toodies when I told them I was thinking of proposing. The process was unbelievably easy. For anyone who wants to understand what youre buying rather than just picking from a jewelry case, this is your place!
I had zero knowledge about rings and only had a rough idea of what my fianc liked for ring styles. I worked with Andrew who walked me through everything I needed to know about diamonds and jewelry. He explained the different types of diamonds (lab grown/natural) he also went over the grading sheets which drive each diamonds value. I had a million questions and never felt rushed or forced to go a certain direction.
Beyond the initial day of buying the engagement ring, Andrew delivered the ring to me in Western Maine. I soon realized I messed up the ring size and he delivered the modified ring a second time!
Overall, this place hits all the marks - Exceptional service that just doesn't seem to exist anymore, trustworthy, insane variety, and educational. Thank you!
