I am choosing to give Roger's Jewelers 5 stars because of our sales associate. Her name is Isabel and she was very patient with me. I did not know what to ask, but she explained all about their jewelry. Rogers genuinely cares about their customers and they know what they are doing. I will be back for all of my jewelry needs.

I came in with my engagement ring bent and misshapen. The jeweler knew exactly what to do to fix the problem, and the price was very fair. They also did it quite quickly. The man named Jeff waited on me and was very courteous. I recommend this place for jewelry repairs!

Highly recommended! Jeff helped me select and design a wedding band to wear with my heirloom ring. Using stones from my old band, a custom band was made that perfectly sets off my heirloom ring. Also sold some old jewelry and got a VERY completive price. If not for a competitor (DeScenza) suggesting Rogers Jewelry to me I would never have found this lovely store. Don't let the small size of the store fool you- the selection is better than larger stores.

Worst customer service of all time. Treated me terribly when I made a purchase because I knew my wife had specific tastes and I felt rushed to make a decision even though the store was empty. Then they treated my wife terribly when she wanted to exchange what I purchased even though they said I had 30 days to return or exchange it. They rushed her out of the store and treated her like a second class citizen because she was Vietnamese. I will never shop here again and will advise others to do likewise. I wanted to shop a local place but it definitely won't be this one.

My engagement ring was terribly worn, 2 of the begets had fallen out. I did not want a new ring. Jeff was so helpful and professional he showed us the issues with my ring and then suggested I have a new ring the made the same as it was with the 2 missing begets. The jeweler I had went to first said that was not an option, was not responsive, had my ring for 3 weeks before letting me know what he could do and could not make the ring the same as it was. Jeff did such a great job and again was so pleasant to work with. Rogers Jewelry will be the place I will go to as long as they are open. Thank You
