They were pleased to answer any questions I had and they made sure to provide detailed information about their work so I could go over everything. I converted a shed in my back yard into a work space for my small sewing and craft business and called Edison Electric when it was time to get the lighting and electrical installed. They handled the inspection/permits for the electrical install with ease and in a timely manner and then got the plugs, light switch, and lighting installed. The heard me out on what I hoped to use the space for and provided great ideas in addition to my own plans so that I could maximize my workspace and I am so happy I called them. I love my new workspace and it is largely in part to the work they did on my lighting and plug configuration! Very responsive and professional group of individuals running this outfit! I had no issue getting them on the line to ask if the repairs I required were in their scope of expertise and was able to schedule to have someone out that same week the same day I called. No detail was spared in looking over both the outdated outlets in my living room as well as the wiring which powers those outlets as my home is quite old. They also kept the budget I wanted to stay within in mind and offered both a short term less costly option as well as a long term plan of action that we can schedule out over the next six months as funds are available. It is nice to have the plan in place and gives me a clear idea of what to expect as far as final cost of repairs so I can budget accordingly as well as check with my insurance to see what if any financial options I have there as well.
