    Oil service has been TERRIBLE since Superior took over. Called for refill, told them to use card on file. Never given total, only itll be about 3 days. 5 days later, no oil delivered. Call superior who then says we were put on COD without reason. Told customer service to charge the card and please deliver the oil. Card was charged, oil delivered. 24 hours later card charged a second time for 1k. Spoke to customer service in person, no apology given just I dont know why she did that. Last time buying oil from this company. Update: 24 hours later double charge of $1,053 dollars remains in bank statement. Superior claims there is a hold that should have cleared up by end of business yesterday. How long should I expect this company to hold my money hostage for services already paid for?

    !WARNING!Hoiden oil was recently bought by Superior Plus Propane. We have bee happy Holden oil customers for 10 years on autopay, never an issue. Superior Plus delivers our first propane delivery in September. We recieved a letter in December that we had a balance but no mention of stopping delivery. No phone calls warning us that the balance was overdue and delivery was ending. Instead they send a regular statement lacking any urgency in language or presentation and never filled our propane. Upon loosing heat and hotwater, we called Superior plus and the customer service was atrocious! They left us waitng hours on a freezing cold night for even a call back knowind the urgency of our situation. Luckilt we found another locally owned and operated company to come to us within an hour. Needless to say we aremoving forward with the new LOCAL company and never looking back! If i could give negative stars, I would!

    Just bought a new house and figured we would go with Holden oil and that was a huge mistake. Their call center representatives are ALWAYS extremely rude. They always have an attitude and seem like they dont care about our business. They charge higher rates and fees than most competitors in the area. Not worth the headache I rather stay cold than to deal with their horrible service.
