Just happen today! My sister paid for 100 gallons of oil. They fill up another tenants tank with her oil. She calls them to relay the info. And there advice was #1 you can buy more oil and we can come out to you #2 just ask your neighbor for the money back you spent #3 THE BEST OF ALL you can buy a pump and just pump out the oil from your neighbors tank into your tank I kid you not!! They better make this right or they will end up on the news. Im calling solve it 7! Shes a single mother of two and tonight is supposed to be (NEGATIVE) -12 degrees cold outside.

Was quoted $5.25 a gallon for oil delivery over the phone. Due to the great price I upped my total order amount. I understand the value of oil is changing every day, but when they came to fill my tank less than 24 hrs later I was charged $5.69. 44 cents per gallon is a pretty huge jump to charge someone without letting them know. To be fair $5.69 is still market value, but I wouldn't have filled up at market value. That's what I get for not asking for anything in writing. Don't be charmed by their low prices if you're getting quoted over the phone. 3 stars because the service was honestly satisfactory overall minus the chasm between what I was quoted and charged.
