Disgusting. Do not stay here, entire plays smells awful, employees and people staying do nothing but smoke cigarettes in front of the entry ways then throw them wherever even though its states that its a smoke free hotel, showers and baths are all clogged with hair so the water doesnt drain, in need of a major update painting, carpet, etc. also the pool isnt in operation seems to be used as a storage room. Wouldnt reccomend to anyone.

I'm here staying at the hotel now and it's awful. It smells, the walls need to be painted the carpet needs to be redone and most importantly the pool needs to be FUNCTIONING! One thing New Englanders look forward to when staying at a hotel during the winter months is the POOL! By the looks of it they use the pool area as a storage facility. It doesn't appear as though they plan to open the pool ever again. It should be taken off the amenities.
There are signs all over saying that is a non-smoking facility and no smoking on the grounds, today I saw a worker walking back to go in and he was smoking. It's really disappointing for the amount of money I'm paying per night.

Is this really a Marriott? The place is like a budget motel but with internal doors! As I write this it is 3:30 in the morning. I was awoken at about 2:00 AM by the smell of cigarettes and pot permeating the heating system. It was so strong that it jolted me from my sleep. Although almost freezing outside, I needed to air out the place for a half hour with the windows open. Extremely loud - can hear above neighbors and trucks outside clear as a bell. The place is dirty, wallpaper in bad condition, advertised fireplace doesnt work, spotty wifi usually doesnt work, most levels stink of marijuana, curtains hanging uneven, the list goes on. Room phone doesnt call to front desk. Front desk told me that their printer doesnt work (had to print a 2-page eulogy), only to find out the next day that it works just fine. Breakfast is actually quite good and most front desk staff were wonderful, but not all. Had a problem with the noise and they quickly changed my room but that cigarette stink through the heating system is beyond the fray. I will never again stay at a residence inn.

This place is in need of a major overhaul. The smoke detector was not attached to the wall, there was no drain cover in the since, the shower felt like it was coving in, and it was just generally not a clean feeling hotel. Other nearby residents inns are significantly nicer and cost much less, but this location worked better for us. In hindsight we wish we stayed farther away for a nicer place.

I enjoyed my stay if nearly one month after a house fire they were amazing staff especially the very friendly and warm front desk lady and the well dressed young man with the moppy hair who helped me move to my room with all my bags my Im sure quite Smokey belongings I managed to salvage along with my luggage. They held my mail and Im grateful to the wonderful cleaning crew thank you for helping me in one of the most trying parts of my life
