      image Stayed 2 nights. Front staff was warm and very friendly when I arrived around 5pm. Went out to explore the town and when I returned there were no parking spots left because of a conference going on. Called the front desk and they told me to park out back. No parking there as well. So I ended up parking in another random sketchy parking lot even further away which I wasnt even sure I could keep my car in overnight. This place should prioritize its guests first. Makes no sense spending so much for a room and being treated as such.

Our guests are always our top priority, including those staying overnight, those attending a conference or anyone dining in our restaurant. Our Sales Team monitors group and conference activity to ensure there is adequate parking for all coming to our hotel, however sometimes that does mean using the parking lots behind the hotel near the Tiffany Ballroom. We understand that it is frustrating to come back after a long day and find that the parking closest to the hotel is full. Please know that the safety and security of our guests is always in the forefront of our minds, we have 24-hour security on for the property which includes patrol cars circling the lots.       image Im not even sure where to begin with this review.
      I had my wedding at the Four Points in Norwood on March 14, 2024 and my experience with them has been out of this world. I got the honor of working with Jayme who has to be one of the more accommodating person I have ever met. She is extremely responsive to all the emails and calls I made to her. I wish I could re-do my wedding 100 times just to relive the moments that the four points let me have. The food was incredible and the grounds are beautiful.
      The pricing was so reasonable and the staff that was on for the day of my wedding was amazing as well. I got to work with Ana during the wedding and she was by my side for the entire thing. Greeting us right at the door after the ceremony with some wine and champagne as well as helping with everything else during the night.
      Thank you four points in Norwood for my beautiful memories that I will have with me forever
