Joe Romeo an amazing agent, well versed in the all aspects of a real estate sale. From research, area knowledge to process and minute details to what this will take. TLDR: Summary ---- You will not find a better and more dedicated agent for your search and it was the 109th home, after 13 months, spanning 3 MA counties, single and multi, 7 written offers, 3 accepted, 1 pulled out of after inspection and 1 pulled out of due to a layoff later, my partner and I can truly say we love where we live and it's all thanks to Joe Romeo! ---------------------------------- My partner and I began seeking an owner occupied tenement property. Joe was quick to point out area amenities and share his knowledge of land lording (owning one himself). He was invaluable in the process pointing out positive and negative aspects. Things as small as a reverse mounted door posing as a security risk to larger issues like knob and tube wiring or older electrical panels prone to failure. In time switching to a single family search, not being satisfied with the older multi family housing stock. Joe switched gears seamlessly with zero hesitation or frustration. On the single family search Joe continued his patience with our diligence about checking foundation walls for damage, crawling under floated floors in basements, getting into attic areas to see where secrets or problems may lurk. After each showing we'd discuss and he'd say talk it over and if you want to write an offer or have more questions, just lemme know. There was NEVER at all a strong arm or pressure from him to quickly close a sale. His tagline is "Love where you live", sincerely demonstrated thru each action taken each word spoken. Once we had a discussion on the number of homes we'd seen, then nearing 80. He said, "Seriously we'll go into another 80 homes or more if we have to, to find the one you love. Joseph Romeo assisted us in selling my 95 year old aunts home in Shrewsbury, Ma. He went above and beyond to accommodated her and he made the whole process very easy for us. He was on top of every issue that came up and he assisted us in solving the situations. Joe, sold the home for more than we ever expected and he sold it in the timeline we asked for.
