Koury and his associate Brian came to my home to discuss the potential sale of my property. He presented with a very professional manner and had done an extensive research for my property and the current market. After our meeting, Koury and his team started to work on the comparative market analysis and gave me the recommended sale price in just a few hours. Koury and his team is capable and enthusiastic about what they do. Highly recommended!

We love New World Realty! My partner and I worked with Brian Marcello. He was recommended to us by a coworker. Brian has been nothing but helpful, kind, considerate, patient, and explained everything to us in laymans terms. He went above and beyond to put the best offers in for us. He answered every question I had ten times over when I still wasnt understanding how things work and made sure I clearly understood the terminology that goes into the complex nature of offer paperwork etc. I feel lucky as a first time home buyer that we met someone so down to earth. Currently the market is inflated and so hard to work with, and he still managed to get us a great deal and a house we loved. Im happy to say that he started as my realtor and became a friend!
