Eric is professional, effective and efficient. Most of all, he takes pride in what he does and is empathetic. During the process, he always checked in to ensure that I had everything I needed. I never give a 5 star rating until now. He is the real deal!

We used Eric Gould Plumbing to replace a faulty sump pump. I contacted him on a Monday night and he was at the house Tuesday morning. The pump was replaced at a reasonable cost. Eric and his coworker were courteous and respectful. I would definitely call them again.

This was my first time using Gould heating and plumbing, and I highly recommend. I own a salon and my sinks were filling up and needed something ASAP. They came within two days and were done within an hour and a half half. Theyre very kind and professional! 10/10 recommend
