Cracked our drain in the tub and blames a plumber who did work on a separate part of our home. Just take responsibility for your error. That to me is unethical. Also when installing the plumbing he dropped his tool and put a divot in my brand new tub. Didnt tell us. I had to say I heard him and he didnt admit it then either. I had to call the builder we were working with and he was supposed to come back with epoxy to fix that initial error and didnt. Shocker and the second crack. Didnt come. Shocker. Beware. He may be licensed but he is a bull in a china closet !

Mike was on time and extremely courteous, respectful, knowledgeable of my Navien Combination boiler/heater.... He serviced both units efficiently and carefully, and descaled my machines , also checked the major components to make sure everything was operating as they should.... Will use Arno again for my future plumbing needs! Services: Water tank repair, Water heater repair, Sewer repair
