TLDR: if youre a blonde dont go here for highlights!!! This is long overdue so I can hope things have improved since I came in but I had easily the worst hair experience of my life attempting to get highlights here. Im not convinced Maddie had actually ever done highlights before with how badly she messed them up. She managed to turn my naturally blonde hair about 3 different shades of orange. Completely irresponsible to let a stylist book clients in a technique they are clueless about and unfortunately I paid the price for it. They wouldnt refund me for the service and the only thing they offered was to redo it with a different stylist, as if I would trust anyone they employed. I went to another salon to get it fixed and my stylist said I should be happy I cant see the back of my hair (it looked that bad.) Said they were the worst attempt at highlights theyd ever seen and that Maddie clearly had tried using gloss and other techniques to cover up her mistakes with the lightener but it actually made it orange and harder to fix. Dont go here if youre a blonde unless youre hoping to leave with damaged hair and the need pay again for your botched service horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service, I was trying to book an appointment since it was my first time at this salon yet they had me on a hold for 4 minutes. A lady answered and then I was on hold for 4 minutes. I would put zero stars if I could.
