We are everyday customers at Timberline and have witnessed many yard employees come and go, but Alonzo has been exceptional and a breath of fresh air! Always smiling, always happy and always goes out of his way to help us load up and move forward with our day. We look forward to seeing Alonzo when we pull into the back yard, I actually look for him. He is a wonderful asset to Timberline Enterprises customer service.

I've been a long time customer of Timberline and my experiences in store and in the yard have been nothing less than exemplary! My first few visits were met with staff that weren't very "social" to put it in simple words. Over there years though I've seen the staff evolve into a well vetted group that work well together and with clients. My latest visit was no exception. Needing several different materials located throughout the yard,I was greeted by a gentleman that goes by Alonzo (Zo for short). He was more than helpful, offering to help load my truck and to use the forklift to reach lumber that was kept on higher shelves. If he hadn't offered a hand I might have been in the yard for longer than I needed. Once Zo got to helping me out, I also got help from a guy by the name of Gio. Very helpful and easy to talk to. The same is always true of the guys in the office, Lenny, Chris, Brian, and Luigi. To be quite honest, some of my favorite times at work involve going to Timberline to get my necessary materials and have a quick chat with the guys at Timberline Newburyport.
