        They can't cash a check for a cash made by a customer to anyone. For any reason which is a sure issue if you're the one out that check if someone scams you. Choose another bank

        Failed to contact me for a $430 fraudulent transaction in a different state to see if it was me that made it. So negligent and unprofessional. And on top of that, my card was NOT used to make these transactions. *Update* got a letter about fraudulent charges, and yet an email saying my new debit card was in the mail. Then its not even in the mail.

        I came in at 1:30 on May 25. Im not sure the names of the employees but the two women and gentleman who helped me were amazing. Helped me with every question, were so incredibly polite and friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Will be switching to Santander immediately. Thank you to the people who helped me, I hope you see this review!!!
