Had Amelie and Ruyi helped us purchase 2 properties. They have sold and bought properties in almost every town and building we come up with. When we are buying condo they are like "I did two units in this building before, this building has x pros and y cons". This saved us a lot of time doing research. Amelie has been in the trade for many years and is extremely resourceful. She has those magic strings to pull for any need we have related to buying a house, including but not limited to loan, law services, inspection, contractors and so on. Even after purchase she remains a great resource to jumpstart the homeowner journey. At the time of buying, there are big competitions going on. I am a foreigner with unique advantages and disadvantages financially. Ruyi and Amelie was able to ensure I don't get disadvantaged in the bidding war and were able to get offer accepted with a reasonable price - They do know the psychology of seller and buyer very well. They have reliable communication skills when dealing with difficult parties and was able to keep the deal moving even when facing resistance, in a graceful manner. This capability is highly valuable. Overall, I highly recommend you buy, sell or rent with them. They get stuff done.
