I purchased a pair of Sperry's and the sales associate at the time assured me that the sizing between Vans and Sperry's were the same and that there was no reason for me to try the shoes on. I naively complied and purchased the shoes (which I will know ALWAYS try on at the store). The pair I purchased ended up being a full size too big, I tried them on two separate days to see if they would be comfortable enough but felt way too big and wouldn't work for me. I decided to exchange them and brought them back to the same location (Natick) and was denied due to them being "slightly dirty" due to them being white and me trying to "make them work" by walking around in them for a very short period of time. The second associate took no responsibility and blamed me for the actions of their employee. This is terrible customer service, this location didn't take responsibility in their employees actions or honor their exchange policy. I implore you not to purchase from this location and expect them to honor their policies or the knowledge of their sales associates. Very disappointed...
