I purchased the Gauge 6 Prizm with Chrome frame from this store. During my initial wearing everything seemed fine, until I was driving at sundown, the frames reflected the sunlight directly into my eyes. Granted, it was rare that this occurred, it did become enough of a concern to initiate an exchange. I'm not one to return products that I purchase; however, this presented a safety factor for me. I brought my glasses into Oakley to return for a different pair or flat none reflective frames. The manager there looked at my glasses and said that they were damaged due to some surface wear on the lenses and that I could she could not accept them. This is where the problems with Oakley start, and maybe it's my opinion, but I think this is a buyer beware post. First of all Oakley does not accept returns unless product is resealable, and this means you may be buying used product when you pay full price for something, ie no refurbished market for Oakley just lightly used glasses with potential pink eye, gross. Secondly, they don't sell replacement lenses for Gauge 6 glasses. If one scratches their lenses, they would have to call Oakley warranty repair services number and sit on hold for 25 plus minutes (I did not get to anyone yet). Lastly, the customer service from the Oakley store staff was obnoxious. The manager was gleeful that she didn't have to take my return because of damage as she scoffed me for even asking. Offering me 25% off of a new pair was her only solution, as she kept my sunglasses behind the counter. I find it most annoying that an agreement could not be reached. I liked the lenses but could not use the frames, its ironic that they denied me for the lenses when the frames were in mint condition. I was warned not to buy Oakley and I ignored that warning regretfully. My hope is that this helps just one person to decide to shop elsewhere, I know this experience has helped me to learn more about Oakley's awful customer service. It's a shame to see a company with such a strong reputation act like this. Update 10/30/18: I decided to go to a different Oakley store. They were much more friendly and helpful. Not only did they accept my sunglasses but they helped me pick out a better pair that was suited for me. I ended up going with the Turbine Routers, and I love them! Lesson learned: Natick Oakley store, bad; Oakley as a brand, good.
