        Artists and designers deserve to be paid for their work and time. Owners reached out for a custom design drawing (and made many edits until it was to their liking) and they completely ghosted on payment and other contact after. Unprofessional and disrespectful. ** updated after I noticed the dont know what you are talking about :) response. Yes you do.

        If I could give this store 0 starts I would. DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS WITH THIS STORE...THEY DO NOT SHIP ORDERS. I placed an order online from this store and they never shipped it, even after countless phone calls, emails, DMS, etc, they will not get back in touch... and I know I am not the only person dealing with this (just look at their instagram comments) I cannot speak for the instore shopping experience, but it is clear they are scamming online customers.

      Hi Olivia,I’m very sorry for the negative experience you had with us and for the lack of response. We are a very small business and focus mostly on our brick and mortar stores. This summer we experienced a huge issue with syncing our in store inventory with our online inventory so there were a few times products showed as being available when they actually were not. Please note you were never charged for your order as it was unavailable. I am sorry again for the inconvenience.
