Quite possibly the worst customer service on all of Nantucket. Have popped in numerous times this summer with the intention of purchasing a gorgeous bowl and serving utensils (totaling close to $700) but each time I walk out as the service is just abysmal. Youll be stared at but not greeted, passed by several workers that will brush your shoulder without word or glance and be completely ignore. Shop elsewhere

I have never experienced such rudeness and poor customer service in my life. I shopped at this store last year and this year, the service has declined dramatically. No thank you, no hello, no smile, nothing! The staff seemed bothered and irritated with me, as if I am interrupting their day. Could it be that I have an accent and I am not born in this country!

Atlantic has the most beautiful housewares, clothing, bags and jewelry. A must see when visiting the island.
