Groves at Milford

I like living here, but unfortunately there are a lot of thefts of merchandise at the doors of the buildings

I have been at the Groves since fall of 2021 and am about to renew my lease for another year. When we first moved into the townhouse it was nice to see new carpets since most places have the same carpets for who knows how long. The office staff and maintenance have always been friendly and especially Barbi who welcomes my dog with treats and love every time we stop by. Maintenance always waves while im walking or driving down the street and gets whatever job done in a timely manner. They even go above and beyond accommodating me to make sure i am home to get my dog so she isn't stressed while they are working in my house. A plus about this complex is heat and water are included which is hard to find now adays. The office have done their best handling situations when we have made some complaints about neighbors food and trash left outside or the noise level but it's something that happens at any complex you live at with multiple different families in a building. It is nice they have been doing a lot more raffles to keep the community engaged and starting to update apartments.

They do not return the deposit, they charge you for everything after you vacate the apartment. And too much cigarette smoke

Ive lived at the groves for 2 years now, management treats you like youre family along with your fur babies, Barbie is always willing and ready to give my boy all the loves and treats his heart desires! Maintenance is quick to answer and resolve any issues that might be going on within your apartment and are always a pleasure to work with. The only downfall of this place would be the increase in rent every year but considering inflation in the last few years its reasonable, the increase isnt anything outrageous but isnt something you look forward to when youre someone who likes to budget like me. Other than that there is NO real complaints about living here, neighbors are quite friendly too, be nice to others and they will surely be nice to you

Worst appartment I've ever lived in bugs everywhere, maintenance never did anything to repair the unit every time something went wrong horrible service and the lady that runs the office is extremely rude...and watch out when you move out they don't keep your new address and they send your bills to collections
